Every Nunhum garment passes through many skilled hands before it reaches your child. From organic cotton and hand spinning to hand weaving, natural dyeing, stitching, and finishing, each step takes time and care. Because we value craftsmanship over speed, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free Shipping Across India
We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
Your order will be shipped through our trusted logistics partner, DTDC.
Estimated delivery times:
- Maharashtra: 2-4 business days
- Major cities: 3-6 business days
- Other locations: 4-8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A DTDC tracking number
- A tracking link via email (and SMS/WhatsApp, where available)
You can use the tracking number to follow your package until it reaches you.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate before placing your order.
Nunhum cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:
- Please take clear photographs of the package and the product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will review the issue promptly and work with DTDC to resolve it fairly.
