Nunhum reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the website, products, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Product Information
Every Nunhum garment is handmade using traditional techniques and natural materials.
By purchasing from Nunhum, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Slight variations in colour, weave, print placement, stitching, texture, and measurements are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered defects.
- Colours may vary slightly due to differences in mobile screens, computer monitors, lighting, and photography.
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may not perfectly represent the final product.
Nunhum reserves the right to improve or modify products without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Nunhum reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products, correct pricing errors, or cancel incorrectly priced orders at any time before dispatch.
If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued.
4. Orders
Nunhum reserves the right to:
- refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion;
- limit quantities purchased;
- cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions;
- request additional verification before processing an order.
An order is considered accepted only after it has been packed and dispatched.
5. Payment
All payments must be completed before an order is processed.
If a payment fails or is declined, Nunhum is under no obligation to reserve inventory until successful payment is received.
6. Shipping
Nunhum currently offers Free Shipping across India.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Nunhum shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery by the courier.
7. Handmade Products
Every Nunhum garment is individually handcrafted.
Customers understand that handmade products are intentionally different from factory-made clothing.
Minor irregularities that naturally occur in handwoven fabric, hand block printing, natural dyeing, stitching, or finishing are considered a part of the product’s character and shall not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims.
8. Natural Dyes
Nunhum uses natural dyes wherever applicable.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Natural colours may gradually soften with washing and sunlight.
- Minor colour variation between production batches is normal.
- These characteristics are expected and are not manufacturing defects.
Customers should follow the care instructions provided with each garment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Nunhum’s total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.
- Nunhum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, inconvenience, or emotional distress arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, graphics, illustrations, logos, videos, product descriptions, artwork, and text, is the exclusive property of Nunhum or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users agree not to:

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Wardha, Maharashtra.
